At Refreshed Like New, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to offering premium-quality refurbished and brand new devices while maintaining transparency, sustainability, and trust. While every device is carefully tested before sale, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Our returns and warranty process is designed to be clear, fair, and efficient.


Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

  • Returns within this period are accepted only if the device is faulty or if an error was made on our part.

  • For devices faulty within the first 7 calendar days, replacements are prioritised.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The device must be returned in the same condition as received

  • No scratches, dents, liquid damage, or signs of misuse

  • All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions will only be accepted if the device is confirmed to be faulty or if an incorrect item was supplied.


How to Submit a Return

Submitting a return with Refreshed Like New is simple:

  2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address

  3. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided

Once approved:

  • Securely package the device in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories

  • Follow the provided collection or courier instructions

Please retain your proof of return until your refund, repair, or exchange is completed. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit without proof of return.


Warranty, Returns & Repairs Processing

Once your device is received, claims are typically processed within 3 to 7 working days from the date of collection.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the same model is unavailable, our customer experience team will assist with suitable alternatives


Warranty Repairs

Devices include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty repairs generally take 3 to 7 working days from receipt of the device

  • In rare cases of extended delays, a loan phone may be provided at our discretion

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Negligence or misuse

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications


Faulty Device Returns & Refunds

  • A full cash refund may be issued if a device is found to be faulty within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • The device must show no physical damage or wear

Devices found to be faulty after 7 days but within the 12-month warranty period will be:

  • Assessed

  • Repaired or replaced where necessary

The warranty continues from the original purchase date, not from the repair or replacement date.


Return Assessment Policy

All returned devices undergo a technical assessment.

If a device claimed to be faulty is found to be fully functional:

  • The return will be rejected

  • The customer will be responsible for return courier costs for sending the device back

Payment must be made before the device is released.


Store Credit, Replacements & Refunds (Within 7 Days)

  • For devices found to be faulty within 7 calendar days of purchase, replacements will be offered first

  • If a replacement is unavailable or the customer chooses not to receive a replacement, a refund may be issued via the original payment method or as store credit

  • All refunds, store credits, or replacements are processed after the returned device has been assessed and approved
